One bowl, and the flavors start to loop

A delicious loop begins with the shio kombu-water tsukemen at 5094(コレキヨ) utsunomiya. First, I eat the noodles on their own, coated in silky kombu water. Then I add moshio (seaweed salt), and next dip them in the broth. In between, I take bites of egg over rice.

Each part tastes good on its own, but moving among them never breaks the harmony. Noodles, salt, broth, egg over rice, then back to the noodles: whichever point I start from, the pleasure stays at the same high pitch. The meal naturally becomes a loop, until I realize the bowl is gone.
